Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and message you give us. If you place an order we also collect the delivery address and the details needed to take payment. We do not collect anything you have not given us.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare the quote you asked for
- To pack, export and ship your order
- To contact you about an order already in progress
- To send occasional stock or new-colorway news, only if you opt in
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the freight forwarders, carriers and payment processors that fulfil your order. Custom artwork or brand material you send us is used solely to produce your order and is never shown publicly without your written permission.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional — remembering a form state or a filter selection during your visit.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email sales@americanmahjonggshop.com and we will action it within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any mailing with the link at the bottom of the email.

Terms of Service
Quotes and orders
A quote is valid for 30 days from the date we send it, and covers the quantities, colorways and freight terms set out in it. An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing. Prices shown anywhere on this website are indicative only and do not constitute an offer.
Product descriptions
We describe every set as accurately as we can, including tile counts, dimensions and weights. Finished goods vary slightly between production batches — small differences in tone and finish are normal and are not treated as faults.
Custom work
We produce five stock colorways and do not operate a standing custom or OEM programme. Where we agree to something outside that range, the specification is confirmed in writing before production begins and that written confirmation is final.
Payment
We accept PayPal, major cards and other trusted payment methods. Payment terms for bulk and account orders are set out in the individual quote.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of Shenzhen have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Shipping & Returns
How orders ship
Orders ship direct from our facility in Shenzhen, China. There is no US warehouse and no distributor in between. We confirm dispatch timing and freight options with every quote, so you know exactly what you are committing to before you place the order.
Freight and duties
Freight is quoted at cost for your destination and order size. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will always tell you what to expect.
Tracking
We pass on tracking details as soon as your consignment is collected by the forwarder. If tracking has not moved in several days, tell us and we will chase it for you.
Returns and exchanges
30-day returns. Tell us within 30 days of delivery if an order is not right and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Goods should be in resalable condition. Where we have agreed custom work in writing, those items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund the affected items, and we will sort out the return shipping where the fault is ours. You do not need to ship anything back until we have spoken.
Wholesale and bulk orders
Minimum order quantities, tier pricing, restocking schedules and payment terms for wholesale accounts are set out in the individual trade quote.
